A pair of George I silver casters,

baluster form, the pull-off pierced covers with knop finials, engraved with an armorial within foliate scroll mantling, on a circular foot, height 15.2cm, approx. weight 12oz. (2)
The arms are that of Hall impaling Curtis for Thomas Hall (1693-1765) who married Mary Curtis (b. 1708) at Bere Regis on 16th February 1723.
