A rare 18th century Italian parcel-gilt etui

A rare 18th century Italian parcel-gilt etui, of tapering form, with engraved decoration, fitted with a mounted phial, a mounted folding steel knife, a tooth pick cum ear pick, a small spoon and a tubular handle, the case and most fittings marked, by an unascribed maker, Venice, last quarter 18th century, 4.4in (11cm) long overall.
