Thorp Arch College: An interesting Victorian sealing wax box in the form of a sarcophagus with a reversible cover (a capital on one side and a flame finial on the other) a presentation inscription on one side "To Richard Talbot Esq, by his affectionate Pupils and assistant Masters at the annual Public June 18 1847" the other side inscribed "THORP ARCH COLLEGE OMNE TULIT PUNCTUM QUI MISCUIT UTILE DULER", by H Willaim & Co, Sheffield 1841, 2.8in (7cm) long, 2.5oz.
