rectangular form, the hinged cover engraved with a portrait of Nelson, and inscribed 'Nelson Expects Every Man Will Do His Duty', the interior with a silver-gilt pierced grille cast with depiction of H.M.S. Victory, and 'VICTORY' and 'TRAFALGAR OCR. 21,1805', the underside with a foliate motif, length 3cm, approx. weight 0.5oz.
