An 18th century silver triple snuff box

An 18th century silver triple snuff box,

unmarked, circa 1740-50,

formed by three navette shaped boxes, the hinged covers with three gentlemen, gilded interior, length 7cm, approx. weight 4.2oz.

Provenance: Lawrence's Crewkerne, Silver Sale, 11th October 2001, lot 1568.
