A William IV silver 'castle-top' vinaigrette, Windsor Castle,
by Edwin Jones, Birmingham 1836,
rectangular form, the hinged cover with a view of the Castle from the river, foliate borders, engine-turned decoration, the underside with a vacant cartouche, the interior with a silver-gilt pierced and chased foliate scroll grille, length 4cm, approx. weight 0.8oz.
