A pair of Scottish Regimental silver menu card holders, The 2nd Dragoons, (The Royal Scots Greys),

by Hamilton and Inches, Edinburgh 1917, one unmarked,

modelled as two regimental badges above 'Waterloo', wirework support, length 9cm, approx. weight 1.2oz. (2)

In 1921, the 2nd Dragoons (Royal Scots Greys) became the Royal Scots Greys ( 2nd Dragoons). In 1971 the regiment amalgamated with the 3rd Carabiniers to for the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards.
