Two similar William & Mary, ascribed West Country, lace-back trefid spoons with `swollen' terminals:+ one pricked "IE" over "1691" over "IE", the other pricked "ME" over "1692" over "IE", each struck twice in the back of the stem with maker's mark only, by Ellen Dare, Taunton c.1691 and c.1692 (respectively), 7.5in (19cm) and 7.75in (19.8cm) long, 3oz.
