A modern salver , of shaped circular outline with a moulded border inscribed "6th Battn (NG) City of London V.R presented to Major William McAllum as a token of respect and esteem from his Officers in the Battalion January 1919", also inscribed with numerous facsimile signatures, by Fordham & Faulkner, Sheffield 1912, 12.25in (31cm) diameter, 28oz.
