An early 19th century Colonial teaspoon

An early 19th century Colonial teaspoon, Old English pattern, initialled, maker's mark "JC" [struck twice] and a 'Key' mark struck once, unascribed 1800-1810 together with a George III miniature or snuff spoon, pierced with three holes in the bowl, maker's mark only "J.D", unascribed c.1800 ??
