maker's mark MT, possibly for Michel Letailleur, Rennes 1764-5,
on a raised hexagonal foot with a shaped border, the tapering knopped hexagonal stem, hexagonal shaped capital, engraved with an armorial, height 24.3cm, approx. weight 19oz.
