A Victorian silver box, by Rawlings and Summers, London 1846, plain rectangular form, the hinged cover engraved with two crests, the interior with three fitted sections, length 17.7cm, approx. weight 5oz. ** The crowned lion head crest is recorded for Bampfylde, Crowne, Davis, Kift, Osborn and others, paired with a wolf had crest, possibly for Ouseley.
