A George III silver two-handled tea urn,
by Robert Sharp, London 1792,
urn form, part-fluted decoration, leaf capped reeded loop handles, raised pull off cover, on a square base on four bracket feet, with a later wooden tap, engraved with an armorial and presentation inscription 'To William Kerkewich Esq. from the Corporation of the ROYAL EXCHANGE ASSURANCE as a testimony of the benefit which has been received from the Zeal, Capacity and attention which he has given to their business thro'a long series of years.
