A 17th century West Country silver Lion Sejant spoon

A 17th century West Country silver Lion Sejant spoon,

marked once to the bowl with maker's mark TP conjoined, probably by Thomas Punchard, Totnes/ Dartmouth, circa 1666,

the reverse of the bowl prick dot initialled 'PH' over 'M' and possibly 'Q', and dated '1666', faceted stem, with a notched motif by the bowl, and with a gilded finial, length 17.5cm, approx. weight 1.2oz.
