the terminal with a monogram A.M, the side inscribed 'Sir Andrew Mitchell to R.J Uniacke, Halifax, Nova Scotia 1805', tapering malacca shaft, with a pierced loop ring, length 94cm.

Sir Andrew Mitchell, (1757-1806) was an Admiral of the Blue in the Royal Navy. He married Mary Uniacke, daughter of Richard John Uniacke in Halifax, Nova Scotia on 3 May 1805.
