A George III silver two-handled basket, by Kirkby Waterhouse and Company, Sheffield 1818, shaped rectangular form, foliate and reed border, shell capped foliate handles, embossed foliate decoration and engraved with an armorial, on a rounded rectangular foot, length handle to handle 42.5cm, approx. weight 43oz. The arms are those of Morley of East Lavant quartering Wilson, for Josias Readshaw Morley of Beamsley Hall and Marrick Park, Richmond, Yorkshire.
