A George II silver cream jug

A George II silver cream jug, marks worn, probably by Paul de Lamerie or John le Sage, London possibly 1746, oval bellied form,the front with a foliate shell cartouche, cast scroll handle, on a cast snake foot, damage, height 10.2cm, approx. weight 6oz. What we can see of the maker's mark shows the correct shaped crown and outline of the punch for one of these two makers.
