A set of four George III silver butter shells, by Charles Aldridge, London 1795, conventional form, reeded border, on three shell feet, engraved with a crest, length 14.6cm, approx. weight 14oz. (4) The crest is that of Wakeman, Baronets of Worcestershire, also engraved with the crest of Parry.
