A 19th century old Sheffield plated counter box and twenty-four counters

A 19th century old Sheffield plated counter box and twenty-four counters, the counters marked Thomason patent, the box of cylindrical form, reeded girdles, the cover inscribed 'Mathews on the game of whist', the twenty four counters marked one one side with the same statement and the over side has a different instruction, height 5cm.
