London 1914, also engraved 'OMAR RAMSDEN ET ALWYN CARR ME FECERUNT MCMXIV',

rectangular form, spot-hammered decoration, the hinged cover with a scene of a galleon on a stormy sea, with green and blue enamel backing, also with chased swirl work decoration and a rope-work border, the interior wood lined, the sides chased 'I WAS WROUGHT FOR HARRY BALDWIN BY COMMAND OF C.M.BETTS IN THE YEAR OF OUR LORD MCMXIV', the underside with a silver base, length 14cm, approx. weight 24oz.
