A silver and enamel snuff box,
unmarked, probably 18th century
cartouche shaped, with chased foliate and scroll decoration, the underside of base with a dog chasing a duck, gilded interior, hinged cover with applied enamelled plaque of a lady and cherubs drinking from goblets, width 6.7cm.
