By Francis Cooper, a Livery Company silver salt cellar, London 1953, shaped oval form, stepped shallow domed pull-off cover engraved 'Presented by The Worshipful Company of Fishmongers to AED Anderson Esq, D.S.O, M.C, Prime Warden 1947-48', the sides with two handles modelled as a Mermaid and Merman, arms stretched out clasping a rope fishing net, either side applied with an enamelled shield armorial, the whole on a shaped oval foot, length 13.5cm, approx. weight 13.5oz.
