by Jacob Marsh or John Moore, London 1766,

baluster form, scroll handle, central girdle, domed hinged cover with a pierced thumb-piece, on a circular foot, engraved with an armorial, height 18.5cm, approx. weight 21.8oz.

The arms are those of Selby-Lowndes of Winslow, Buckinghamshire and those possibly for Pope.
