An early-Victorian silver four-bottle cruet frame,
by William Elliott, London 1839,
shaped oval form, central shell capped scroll handle, wire-work frame with scroll supports, shell and scroll border, on four foliate shell bracket feet, with two silver-mounted cut-glass condiment jars, and two glass condiment jars, with a mustard spoon, engraved with a crest, height 23.5cm, approx. weight 22oz.
The crest is that of Gibbes, Baronets of Fackley, Oxfordshire.
