A Victorian 18 carat gold snuff box, rectangular form, the sides and hinged cover chased with foliate scroll decoration and engraved with a monogram, the base engraved with a scene of an abbey on a hill with a river in front, within a foliate scroll border, by Charles Rawlings and William Summers, London 1858, length 6.2cm., approx. weight 48.9g.
