A George IV decorative wine label

A George IV decorative wine label, with a border of roses, thistles, shamrock, grapes and unusually, two inverted leopard masks*, pierced 'MADEIRA', marks partially lost in piercing, London c.1825. *It would seem that the label is fine but the title has been pierced upside down and the chain rings should be opposite where they actually are.
