Sick Society, with best wishes Christmas 1889', maker's mark 'L.S', Birmingham 1889 and a Victorian oblong snuff box with reeded sides and a vacant cover, by Francis Clarke, Birmingham 1837, the latter 3.1in (8cm) long, 4.5oz.
