Unascribed: A late Charles I spoon

Unascribed: A late Charles I spoon, with an extended vase-shaped gilt seal, pricked ML over 1646 over TB, struck once in the bowl and twice on the stem, with a pelleted hexafoil and once on the stem with a lion rampant, c.1646, 6.6in (16.6cm). The lion rampant mark is very similar to that of an unascribed Norwich maker, see Jackson's Revised, p.337
