A George III provincial silver wine label

A George III provincial silver wine label, struck twice with maker's mark ST, possibly for Chester circa 1790, tentatively attributed to Stephen Tillinghast of Liverpool, scroll form, bright-cut border, incised 'BRANDY', length 4.7cm.
