By Child & Child: a late Victorian silvergilt mounted hardwood paperweight decorated with a cast frieze of briar roses, a wreath of acorns and oak leaves and corded borders, the centre with a cabachon hardstone and enamelled florets flanked by two cabachon sapphires and two emeralds, the base loaded and signed "CHILD & CHILD LONDON SW" 1885-1890, 2.9in (7.5cm) diameter.
