An 18th century small mounted glass scent bottle, with an upper and lower frieze of debased foliage, the cover with a finger ring and bayonet fitting, unmarked possibly colonial* c.1750, 2.15in (5.5cm) high. * We sold a very similarly constructed article which was larger and probably for ink - but interestingly, had an inscription relating to a Doctor of Divinity in Jamaica, c.1740.
