TWO CHINESE CARVED WOOD BITONGS
19TH CENTURY
One hardwood, of irregular organic form and with an inscription to the reverse, the other formed from a section of bamboo, carved in relief to one side with a single crane standing beneath pine, and with fungi growing to one side, the latter with traces of gold pigment, 17.5cm max. (2)
