A Chinese famille rose brushpot, painted with a scholar seated at his desk whilst a mischievous demon steals his brush, Yongzheng 1723-35, two characters to the reverse and a large character to the base, a 7cm hairline and a 1.5 flat chip to the rim, 12.4cm.
