An English enamel patch box late 18th /early 19th century, decorated with a vignette of military motifs including a drum, cannon and banners, inscribed in black with 'May British Valour Conquests gain And make our Foes Our Friends again', raised on a pink base, the interior lid fitted with a mirror, a little cracking, the mirror broken, 3.8cm.
