A pair of Japanese Kutani vases 19th century, the cylindrical bodies themselves modelled as a section of bamboo, applied with smaller bamboo sections and painted with many insects, amphibians and bamboo leaves, with small birds in flight above amidst clouds, the interior with a band of scrolling foliage, 31cm.
