A Japanese Satsuma shell-shaped dish 19th century, painted with figures beneath a fruiting grape vine, seated at tables with auspicious objects and playing board games, the reverse with sea shells, and two Chinese iron-red models of carp, the fins forming the finial, 41.8cm max. (5)
