A RARE CHINESE PORTUGUESE MARKET BLUE AND WHITE JAR

EARLY 17TH CENTURY

The tapering body moulded with six lobes, three lobes decorated with applied European faces and three painted with floral sprays, with stylised floral bands to the short neck and splayed foot, 12.3cm.
