A large Chinese silver punch bowl c.1890, the exterior embossed in high relief with dignitaries hunting and a court, and with further figures in a mountainous landscape, the sides with loose ring handles suspended from animal masks, the interior inscribed 'Die dankbaren Deutschen Shanghai I.L. Dr Paulun 1895', the flared footrim with punch marks for Luen Wo, 73oz, 32cm.
