A WESTERN HIMALAYAN BRONZE FIGURE OF PADMAPANI
11TH/12TH CENTURY
Standing, wearing a dhoti and a tall headdress, with earrings inlaid with turquoise beads, his right hand stretched downwards in varada mudra, all raised on a double lotus throne, 12.5cm, 220g.
Provenance: formerly in the Cheng Huan Collection.
