A dated Hispano-Moresque lustre dish, painted with the profile portrait of a soldier in a domed helmet, on a ground of stylized foliage in copper lustre, '1613' inscribed on his exposed neck, the reverse decorated with concentric bands and the letter 'R', broken and restored, 34.2cm.
