A tall Italian maiolica ewer, painted with a continuous scene of figures in Classical dress, bringing animals to be sacrificed before a large fire in a woodland, the scrolling handle issuing from a grostesque mask and terminating in a dolphin, crowned 'Ginori' to the base, 19th century, restoration to the handle, 45cm.
