A rare South Staffordshire enamel 'Nelson' patch box c.1805

A rare South Staffordshire enamel 'Nelson' patch box c.1805, the oval form painted with a panel of ships depicting the battle formation at the Battle of Trafalgar, with a white border edged in gilt and raised white enamel dots, inscribed in black 'England Expects every man to Do his Duty. Nelson Oct. 21 1805', reserved on a dark blue ground, some good restoration, 4.8cm.
