A good Worcester small mug c.1758, printed in black with the parrot Pecking Fruit pattern, a large bird bending his beak towards grapes suspended beneath the branch on which he perches, between two large butterflies, a small restored rim chip, 8.3cm.

Provenance: the Professor Richard Clarke Collection. Purchased from Simon Spero in 2004. Paper label for the E & J Handley Collection, no. WT 24.
