A good Worcester milk jug c.1765

A good Worcester milk jug c.1765, printed in black with The Milkmaids to one side, the reverse with a milkmaid and calf, a narrow black line to the inside rim, 8.1cm high.

Provenance: the Professor Richard Clarke Collection. Purchased from Klaber & Klaber in 1998. Paper label for the Frank Arnold Collection, no. E171, another titled Gatward and dated 14/8/28.
