with brass mounts, the hinged lid inset with a cypher plaque engraved with the heron and fish crest of the Beckford family, the leather lined interior with four divisions fitted with cut-glass decanters and stoppers, with an engraved brass plaque inscribed 'Farthing and Thornhill Makers 42 Cornhill', with sunken brass carrying handles and a brass Brahma lock and key
