with iron mounts, the hinged lid with a swing handle revealing an interior fitted with nine cut-glass decanters of three different shapes, decorated with flowers

23.8cm high, 25cm wide, 25.5cm deep

PROVENANCE

By repute, the Frazer-Mackenzie family at Pilton, Somerset and Norah Woodall of Wateston Manor, Dorset, previously owned by an ancestor who worked for Macleen & Watson who traded with the Far East, in particular Java. Once owned by a Dutch sea captain.
