A needlework picture, worked in wool with some raised work, depicting a shepherd and shepherdess in a pastoral landscape, naively decorated with exotic birds, a squirrel, a stag, a greyhound, sheep, an owl, a unicorn, trees and a central sunburst, late 17th / early 18th century, 41.8 x 103cm, in a later glazed ebonized frame.
