λA William IV rosewood breakfast table by Gillows, the circular tilt-top on a faceted stem and a triform base, on sunken brass castors, 71.8cm high, 137cm diameter.

William Henry Hornby commissioned Gillows to furnish his home Brookhouse Lodge on the 3rd May 1831. This table features on the original invoice 'To a handsome circular Rosewood Loo table…on an octagonal turned pillar, ball feet and concealed castors' and cost £20.
