A Regency mahogany hall chair, the shell and scroll carved back above a later seat on ring turned and tapering front legs, the back seat rail stamped 'D. HANCOCK'.
David Hancock, Chairmaker is recorded as working at 33 Willow Street, Finsbury Square, London circa 1808.
