A Victorian mahogany Campaign secretaire chest
A Victorian mahogany Campaign secretaire chest, in two halves, with brass mounts, with a central secretaire drawer veneered in walnut with a gilt tooled leather writing surface with two pigeon holes and three drawers, one with pen and ink divisions together with original travelling board, fitted a brass Bramah lock, with two short and three long ash lined drawers, fitted with sunken brass handles on turned screw-off feet, 107.5cm high, 99cm wide, 47.6cm deep.
Provenance: The Old Rectory, Little Langford, Wiltshire. Sold by order of Trustees of the Estate of the late Miss S.F. Rooke.
